How does it work?
You upload your photo, choose your artistic style, select your medium and size, approve the preview, and place your order. We print and ship within 5-7 business days.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. You generate your portrait and approve it before placing your order. You only pay if you like the result.
Can I edit my portrait after generation?
Yes, you can generate again with another photo or start over before confirming your order.
Which photo should I choose?
A clear, well-lit photo with the subject clearly visible. Avoid blurry, too dark, or overly busy backgrounds. The higher the photo quality, the more impressive the result will be.
What artistic styles do you offer?
Six styles for each of our four themes (Soulmate, Cat, Dog, Birth): Pastel Watercolor, Golden Watercolor, Japanese Ink, Botanical, Black Gold, and Prism. You can try them all for free with your photo before choosing.
What mediums are available?
Two mediums to choose from: poster on 200g art paper (matte finish, deep colors) and canvas. The portrait is delivered as a print, unframed — the frames visible in our visuals are for presentation purposes only.
What sizes are available?
30x45 cm, 60x40 cm, and 90x60 cm, for both poster and canvas.
How much does it cost?
The art paper poster ranges from €39.90 (30x45 cm) to €64.90 (90x60 cm), with €49.90 for 60x40 cm. The canvas ranges from €74.90 (30x45 cm) to €139.90 (90x60 cm), with €89.90 for 60x40 cm. Shipping is included in all cases.
What is the delivery time?
5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Our orders are produced and shipped from the Netherlands, so there are no customs fees or additional delays within the EU. For destinations outside Europe, contact us at contact@kinico.shop before ordering.
What paper is my portrait printed on?
On 200g Art paper, printed in Europe. This is the same paper used for exhibition prints — matte finish, deep colors, long-lasting.
Is my portrait delivered framed?
No. The portrait is delivered as a print, on the medium you have chosen. You are free to frame it to match your interior.
Is the result really realistic?
Kinico uses the latest AI image generation model for an exceptionally realistic result in each of the six styles — far from generic filters. Many of our customers tell us their loved ones thought it was a real hand-painted artwork.
What if my portrait arrives damaged?
Send a photo to contact@kinico.shop within 7 days. We’ll send you a new portrait or refund you — no questions asked.
What if I don’t like the result?
We offer you a free new generation. Our goal is for you to be proud to hang your portrait.
Can I cancel my order?
As portraits are custom-made personalized products, they are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. However, we are committed to finding a solution if something isn’t right.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payment is 100% secure.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Payment is fully handled by Stripe. Kinico does not store any banking data.
