Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes. As soon as you upload your photo, you get a preview generated in seconds. You can try every style before checking out.
How good does my photo need to be?

A sharp, well-lit photo with both of you facing the camera works best. Avoid blurry or backlit shots. JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 10MB.
What sizes and formats do you offer?

Three sizes (Medium, Large, XL) and two supports (200g art paper poster, or stretched canvas). Pricing adapts to your pick.
How long does delivery take?

Production takes 2–4 working days in our French workshop. Then 2–5 days for delivery, depending on destination. We update you at every step.
What if we're not happy with the result?

You have 30 days to tell us. We rework the portrait for free, or refund you in full. No haggling.
