Personalized Products

Kinico portraits are custom-made artworks created from your photo. According to the law, they are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

What we do if something's wrong

The product arrived damaged or has a printing defect

Send a photo to contact@kinico.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you a new portrait or give you a full refund — no questions asked.

The result doesn’t suit you

We offer you a free new generation. Our goal is for you to be proud to hang your portrait.

You changed your mind

Since the portrait is made specifically for you, we can’t take it back. This is the rule for all personalized products.
