Payment methods

At Kinico you only pay once your portrait has been generated and approved. Generating and previewing are free: no card is required to try.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is made by card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We do not accept bank transfers, cheques or cash on delivery.

Is payment secure?

Yes. The transaction is handled end to end by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment providers in the world, over an encrypted connection. Kinico stores no card data — neither the card number nor the security code.

When am I charged?

At order confirmation, once you have chosen your style, medium and size. The amount charged is the price shown including tax: delivery is free, and no fee is added at the last step.

Can I pay in instalments?

Instalment payment is not available for now. Our portraits range from €39.90 for a 30 × 45 cm print to €139.90 for a 90 × 60 cm canvas, delivery included.

Trouble at checkout?

If your card is declined, first check your online payment limit with your bank, then try again. If it still fails, email us at contact@kinico.shop: we reply within 24 business hours and sort the order out with you.
