At Kinico, the price you see is the price you pay. No shipping added at the last step, no personalisation surcharge.

Are prices tax-inclusive?

Yes. Every price shown on kinico.shop is quoted in euros, all taxes included, delivery included. The applicable tax is the one in force at the time of the order; the breakdown appears on the invoice.

In practice: a 30 × 45 cm print listed at €39.90 costs you €39.90, all in.

How do I get my invoice?

An invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you together with the order confirmation, to the address given at checkout. Do check your spam folder if you can't find it.

Need it resent, a billing address different from the delivery address, or a specific mention on it? Email us at contact@kinico.shop with your order number: we reissue it within 24 business hours.

Can I order on behalf of a company?

Yes. Enter the company name in the billing address at checkout, or let us know by email just after: we will issue the invoice in the company's name. It's a common request for corporate gifts and bulk orders.

Who issues the invoice?

What about refunds?

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order, and a matching credit note is issued. How quickly the funds reappear then depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
