Our Commitment

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't suit you, you can return it under the conditions described below.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

• Product must be in its original packaging
• Product must not have been used, worn or washed
• Tags must be intact
• Product must be accompanied by the invoice

Return Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.

Return Procedure

1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
2. Select the order and items to return
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Carefully package the items and attach the label
5. Drop off the package at a relay point or post office

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of receiving and checking the return. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order.

Exclusions

Some products cannot be returned:

• Personalized or made-to-measure products
• Perishable products
• Unsealed products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
